We connect to what you already run. That’s the whole idea.
Halvexa isn’t a platform you migrate onto — it’s the layer that sits across the systems you already have, pulling them into one place. If it has an API, a file export, or even just a screen, there’s usually a way to connect it.
Six categories most businesses need joined up.
This is the common ground across most operations we work with. If something specific to your business isn’t listed, it’s still very likely connectable — ask us directly.
Where the numbers live
Stock, orders, invoicing and financial reporting — read from and written back to automatically.
Where orders come in
Till and online sales data pulled straight into the same dashboards as production and stock.
Where orders go out
Delivery platforms and courier APIs connected so a status update in one place shows up everywhere.
Where people data lives
Attendance, certifications and shift data, joined up with production and compliance reporting.
Where alerts land
Automated reports and alerts delivered where your team already looks, not a new inbox to check.
Where the physical work happens
Sensors and machine controllers connected using standard industrial protocols, even on older equipment.
Whatever method the system supports, in order of preference.
Modern systems get a clean, real-time connection. Older ones still get connected — just through a different route.
API & webhooks
The cleanest option — real-time, two-way, and the default wherever a system supports it.
Scheduled file transfer
CSV, SFTP or database exports on a schedule, for systems without a live API.
Direct database connection
A read-only connection straight to the source data, where that’s the most reliable route.
Legacy & last resort
For systems with none of the above, a controlled screen-level integration — used sparingly, and only when nothing cleaner exists.
Your data stays yours
Connections are scoped to what’s needed — read-only wherever writing isn’t required — and nothing is shared with or sold to a third party. If a system supports it, we work within your existing user permissions rather than a standalone admin account.
Tell us what you’re running — we’ll tell you how it connects.
If it’s not on the list above, that’s usually still a five-minute answer, not a blocker.
